Searching for a Place to Belong is part of The Windbreaks outdoor art gallery on Southsea Seafront, presented in collaboration with Hot Walls Studios, Portsmouth City Council, and the Southsea Coastal Scheme. On view until July 2025, this work explores the connection between women, nature, and identity.
Inspired by the landscape, it reflects on how our environment shapes our sense of belonging. Through self-portraiture and wearable sculptures made from natural materials, the piece examines our intrinsic bond with the land—recognising women as an inseparable part of nature itself.
